Dear Parents,

         I promised the kindergarteners another toy day. They may bring their “special” toy on Monday , January 12th.

Kindergarten Notes

Dear Parents,

        A few reminders regarding the Christmas Concert on Tuesday.

         … The concerts are scheduled @ 1:00 p.m.and 7:00 p.m.. A.M. Kindergarteners are welcome to come back to school for the 1:00 p.m. concert. ALL Kindergarteners are expected to be @ the evening concert in the church. Please arrive in the church @ 6:45 pm.

         … Kindergarteners will sit with their class in church until the concert is over.

         … Students wear uniforms for the afternoon concert and nice clothes for the evening concert. Christmas colors would be great but not necessary.

        Looking forward to meeting with you next week at Parent Conferences. With Thanksgiving approaching quickly, we have been very busy in Kindergarten. Please remember the Career Bears are due this Monday, Nov. 17th.

Reminders & Kindergarten News

      Just a reminder about a couple Thanksgiving drives @MHR!!!!! MHR Student Council is sponsoring a FOOD DRIVE Nov. 6-14. Kindergarteners are asked to bring in canned soup. All children participating will earn an out of uniform day Nov. 14th.

       The 1st grade Daisy troop will be collecting “spare change” Nov. 6-17th. All money will be donated to Snacksville Junction to provide a Turkey Dinner to those in need.

      Our Mock Election was huge success! These little kindergarteners would WOW you with facts about each candidate. They each voted ( secretly ) with Obama winning in AM & McCain in PM.

Class Notes & Reminders

Dear Parents,

         We look forward to a busy week. This Wednesday, October 29th, Kindergarteners will be going to Lake Katherine. All children will come to school in A.M. and return approximately @ 12:00 noon. Please wear play clothes and bring bag lunch with name on bag.

          Friday’s our Halloween party and costumes may be worn. All children come hungry to school @11:45 and will be dismissed @ 2:30. A hot dog lunch , chips, and juice will be provided.
